The DVC 2 performs three operations simultaneously: dehulling of the raw material, extraction of hulls and light particles, and separation of dehulled and non-dehulled grains in the integrated tumbler screen.

The gentle dehulling process is a proven method – as demonstrated by the good germinability of the dehulled grains.

Automated and program-controlled!
The control of the motors via a frequency converter and the self-regulating, load-dependent control enable continuous operation in the optimum range without taking up your working time! Once set up, the DVC 2 regulates itself.

You can keep an eye on all the parameters on a clear touch screen. That’s all you need to do!

  • Unhulled grains are automatically fed back into the feed system.
  • Removal of husks and light particles through an exhaust air duct (accessory) up to 20 m
  • Suction fan lined with wear protection
  • Magnetic separator kit in the raw material feed sorts out metal parts
  • is supplied fully wired with a 32A plug
  • Easy positioning and easy connection
  • Wear parts are inexpensive and can be replaced by the user

The DVC 2 spelt hulling and refinement center is delivered fully wired and equipped with a 32 A plug. Once set up and connected to an exhaust duct, it’s ready for immediate operation.
