In its judgment of 12 May 1998, the Hamburg District Court ruled that anyone who places a link on their website may be held responsible for the content of the linked page. According to the District Court, this can only be avoided by explicitly distancing oneself from this content. Some of our pages contain links to other pages on the internet. The following applies to all these links: We would like to expressly emphasise that we have no influence on the design and content of the linked pages. For this reason, we hereby expressly distance ourselves from all contents of linked pages and do not adopt their contents as our own.
