The low-cost alternative to the DVC 2 for dehulling and separating spelt, emmer and einkorn wheat.
Throughput of raw material (spelt) up to 850 kg/h.
The DVC 1 performs three operations simultaneously: dehulling of the raw material, extraction of hulls and light particles, and separation of dehulled and non-dehulled grains in the integrated tumbler screen.
The principle of skiving is a proven and gentle method of dehulling – as evidenced by the good germinability of the dehulled grains.
The drive motors for the material feed and the tumbler screen are controlled by frequency converters and can be adjusted continuously. In manual operation, up to 850 kg of spelt per hour can be dehulled.
- Unhulled grains are automatically fed back into the feed
- Removal of husks and light particles through an exhaust duct (accessory) up to 20 m
- Suction fan lined with wear protection
- Magnetic fitting kit in the raw material feed sorts out metal parts
- Delivered fully wired with 32A plug
- Easy positioning and connection
- Wear parts are inexpensive and can be replaced by the user
The Dinkelschäl- und Veredelungscenter DVC 1 is delivered fully wired and equipped with a 32A plug. After positioning and connection to an exhaust air duct, it can be put into operation immediately.
